Gov. Terry McAuliffe of Virginia and Hillary Clinton’s brother Anthony Rodham are being accused of stealing the “money and dreams” of Chinese investors who propped up a troubled electric carmaker, thinking this was a path to U.S. residency, a new lawsuit says.
