US releases raw video of Russian fighter jet buzzing Navy plane in international airspace
The U.S. released Tuesday grainy visual footage of a Russian fighter jet that buzzed a Navy spy plane in the Black Sea Monday, the first unsafe incident of its kind since a close encounter nearby in November.
